ABOUT US

Thada Clinic has established since 1972 by a famous professor in Dermatology and Dermatopathology, whose experts are in the fieids of skin tissues and skin allergies. We offer wide varieties of services and products that suits different skin types, especially for sensitive skin. Since our concept is to diagnose the root cause of problems and each skin types should be treated differently and personally.
We also have our own Research & Development Institution that produce skincare cosmetics for different skin types and needs, as well as, offer academic sessions to all medical doctors for cosmecuetical and beauty treatments.

Responsible

• Manage new product development within timeline from concepts, develop products, formula evaluation/approval to product test & NPD launch
• Creation of NPD briefs for marketing communication with sourcing/development team
• Center of product information, including creating and supporting relevant NPD product information & documents, develop relevant copywrite articles, product presentation and product training
• Conduct skincare consumer research, studies & analyze skincare market movements & trends and present new product / marketing trends & provide recommendations
• Work closely with functional teams for new product development in calculate product direct cost, packaging solutions and product artwork
• Other tasks as assigned

More qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in cosmetic science or marketing or any related business field
• 2+ years of experience in FMCG, skincare or personal care product development
• Strong interest in skincare, skincare ingredients, beauty products is preferred
• Strong experienced in project management with determination, logical thinking skills with result-oriented
• Good communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong written communication skills – ability to take complicated information and summarize the key messages for a variety of audiences and websites
• Good English Skills – Reading & Comprehension & Translation
• Good skill in Online Research
• Analytical, self-motivated, positive (can-do) attitude with proactive working style
• Passionate in innovation and creativity and able to work effectively under pressure & multi-tasking
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Creative in PowerPoint presentation
